Möbius 1.00 on tour

Möbius 1.00 has had a full first year, touring the UK and recently on show in Berlin, at the Outokumpu Experience.

I’ve received really positive conversations about the piece with many people sharing their thoughts, reactions and ideas with me.

I’m recording the travels of Möbius 1.00 and am hoping there will be more opportunities to show the piece or other derived works in the future.

As of June 2015, Möbius 1.00 has been shown in London, Sheffield, Chesterfield, York and Berlin.

MADE NORTH Design Platform at David Mellor as part of London Design Week

In September 2014, MADE NORTH presented Möbius 1.00 for the first time in public as part of London Design Festival at the MADE NORTH Design Platform at David Mellor, Sloane Square.

This was a fantastic showcase of some of the very talented designers and makers from the steel city of Sheffield.

MADE NORTH including Sheffield Design Weekender

Returning to Sheffield, Möbius 1.00 was presented at MADE NORTH during October and November 2014.

Chesterfield College – Alumni Exhibition

At the beginning of 2015, Outokumpu kindly lent Möbius 1.00 to an exhibition of work by former art students at Chesterfield College, Derbyshire.

I completed my Art Foundation course at Chesterfield College in 2011 and was delighted to be asked to loan work for the exhibition, Present Futures which included work from six former students who now work professionally in art and design fields.

Aesthetica Art Prize 2015, York

Möbius 1.00 was shortlisted for the Aesthetica Art Prize 2015 and was shown at York St. Mary’s from March to May 2015.

Showcasing cutting-edge practice from today’s ground-breaking contemporary artists, the Aesthetica Art Prize exhibition 2015 invites viewers to discover global concepts through pioneering art and design, and encourages an awareness of the innovative work being produced across a variety of media today.
